Amazing rooms big shower, with toiletries (even q-tips) nice soft bedding, no funky smell , great temperature control and even a convertible table! But there are no gas station or small shops open late at night that are walking distance, wich makes it inconvenient for a late night snack . The staff is absolutely amazing and will listen to your every need

Very nice room, really specious and clean. The only problem is that they haven't put the capsules for the coffee maker. It's situated right in front of the fleuve Saint-Laurent. Very well located. The check in was Okay, the person was fast enough to help us check in and he was nice.

This hotel is clean and modern so if you like a high end version of Ikea then this hotel is for you! We only stayed one night but found the room to be comfortable but lacking some character, it's almost as if there was too much space in our room and they had difficulty filling it. My only negative points are that the view we had was at the back of the hotel facing a car park and the back of other buildings. With this property being on the waterfront it would have been nice to have a sea view as our room didn't come cheap. There is also only a heavy curtain to give you privacy, so close it you have to use the lights in the room but if you want natural light during the day there is just a bare window that offers no privacy if you choose to have the curtain open. The room did not have a iron or ironing board, if you are like me and don't bother to iron before you pack for a trip perhaps check with reception to see if they can offer one. Overall I liked my stay here although short. If in the area again I would probably stay here but request a room with a better view! #Rimouski

A mixed experience. Friendly reception. The room was on the ground floor and intended for disabled guests but neither of us is disabled so we cannot comment on how well the room works if you are. Comfortable bed and the facilities you would expect from this standard of hotel. However the television only had cable tv even though it was equipped for internet services. The power outlet beside the bed did not work but this fixed by plugging everything together properly. The big disappointment was the restaurant. We were assured that we would have a table in 20 minutes but after 20 minutes there was clearly no intention of being given a table, so we went to another local restaurant, and received great service.

Only thing disappointing is gym is in bad shape and no pool. Spa is also odd looking in a small cubicle room.

Decent, clean rooms with nice showers, comfortable enough beds, and decent noise insulation, free wi-fi and all of this at a reasonable price. While you won't be wowed by anything special, you won't be disappointed either! They also have 4 EV chargers (home charger speeds) available to their customers, 2 for Tesla and 2 generic. Staff is always courteous and professional. There's also a nice spa just across the street.

The staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was very spacious and clean (we had one of the comfort king rooms). From the hotel we can walk to the main street where there are multiple restaurants and stores and it is right next to the Promenade de la Mer where we took several sunset walks :-). If you are a shy person just be aware that the bathroom door is a sliding glass door that is a bit see-through and isn't soundproof at all (it wasn't a problem for us though). Overall a great experience and we hope to return someday!

A beautiful, modern hotel but the frosted glass door on the bathroom could be an issue for some folks as it doesn't provide much privacy. It might look cool to designers but it's not practical for guests. I suggest the hotel install curtains or folding partitions to provide privacy. The TV was also lacking connectivity or even a TV guide. It was a Roku TV but with no access to streaming or easy connectivity for an HDMI input. Otherwise, it's a nice hotel.
